FLST: Study Abroad (FLST)
FLSTĀ 400. Study Abroad. (3-17 Credits)
This course provides students with an immersive international learning experience designed to broaden cultural awareness, enhance language proficiency, and deepen understanding of global perspectives. Through guided study, travel, and direct engagement with host communities, students examine the intersections of culture, history, politics, and society in a global context. Coursework may include language instruction, lectures, field excursions, service learning, and research projects tailored to the host country or region. May be repeated for credit with departmental approval when the program is based in a different country or region.
