GLST 202. Global Studies Abroad: Topic. (1-6 Credits)

Through participation in an immersion experience abroad, students will explore global issues in the context of a particular country or region. This study abroad course may involve language and cultural studies of an area as well as an exploration of theme-based topics such as food and population, health, education, business, sustainable development, women’s issues, indigenous peoples, socio-economic issues, science and technology, environmental issues, and other topics. Counts as an elective.
